Clerkenwell Medical Research (CMR) is developing a high quality, real-time patient information collection and analysis tool called YourHealth. It is designed to support GPs, Consultants and NHS authorities by collecting questionnaire data direct from the patient using a Touch Screen. The information can then be packaged for printing, passing in electronic form to another IT application or offering onscreen advice. This can be done either locally or remotely as required.
