Clerkenwell Medical Research plc (CMR) was founded in March 2005 and the company was floated on the Channel Islands stock exchange.

The company was set up to acquire and exploit Qaria technology. This had already been successfully proven and deployed in another area where the collection of important data could be greatly facilitated by collecting it through a question and answer process on a Touch Screen.

The company is now investing in the development of technology and software so that YourHealth can be used to support both Primary and Secondary Health Care.
